Mid January Alabama had a snow/ice storm. Greg slipped on the ice shattering his right ankle and breaking his right list. After surgery and 5 days in the hospital he was home ready to be waited on hand and foot. Today we actually went and had his cast removed. He is in a splint and air cast for the next 3 weeks while he completes therapy and still immobile or well should become more mobile over the next few weeks.

Sitting just like daddy! Excuse the mess Greg lived in the living room for a few weeks before he could make it up the stairs.
This normally wouldn't be so bad to look at after him and Sam (thank goodness for me mom- who takes Sam to daycare each morning so I can make it to work on time and picks her up when I need to run errands) but we received wonderful news mid December- I am expecting another liddle one. I am due at the end of August and so excited.
So needless to say these last few months have been an adventure as I take care of a wonderful but helpless husband a toddler entering the terrible twos (well not so terrible but a few hiccups) and as I ease into the second trimester, getting a little bit of my appetite back and not so tired. At least by the time the baby comes Greg will be well enough to wait on me hand and foot.

One of the hiccups - we can't seem to ditch the paci- we came close but the hospital stay messed that all up!
1. SO excited you updated. 2. LOVE the last picture! Look at that sweet girl!! 3. I CRACKED up at your comment about him feeling well by august and being able to wait on you. AMEN SISTER! What a time y'all have had. SO thankful everyone is on the mend
