That seems to be all we are doing these days!
Thirteen months has arrived - Can't I just keep her at a year old? She has changed oh so much just in this one month alone! Though we don't have the confidence to walk on our own - Sam will hold on to anything and take off- Your hand is her favorite thing to hold on to!
Here she is playing with a Christmas gift from her Bips (Greg's mom)
(Doesn't she look precious in her pig tails!)
Sam is talking up a storm learning new words at least once a week- this weeks words: Duck and ball. Also a daycare story: When Sam wakes up before everyone else during nap time she has decided that it is a perfect time to sing to everyone. LOUDLY! That's okay her teachers take it in stride and so far has found it amusing.
At her 1 year dr appt (Jan 5th) we found out that Sam weighs 19lbs 9 oz and is 291/2 inches long.
She has become such a good kisser and giver of hugs- just ask and you shall receive! And none of those messy open mouth kisses from Sam so you better pucker up!
For Christmas from her Mimi (my mom) she received a wagon and until today the rides have mainly been contained to the kitchen- From the garage entrance to the refrigerator. Well today we lucked out and got home before dark and since it wasn't that cold out we loaded up and headed down the street a little bit.
This was such adventure b/c there were kids playing every where which is Sam's favorite thing to watch. Wishing that she could join in-- maybe in a few years!
So off we went with our traveling partners Nala and Simba - another Christmas present. But pretty soon it was dinner time and it had started getting dark so inside we headed for a little Sesame Street - another new favorite.
See you next time!
